Upon Becoming the Chief Executive Officer of the KATARA Public Diplomacy Center and the Secretary General of the Global Public Diplomacy Network in March 2023, Mrs. Al Saad has served as Director of International Affairs at the Katara Cultural Village Foundation.

Having began her career at Katara Cultural Village in 2010, she rose to the position of Director of the Foreign Affairs. During the years at Katara she held a number of operating, finance and marketing roles as well as led multiple organizational matters on Projects related to Katara’s activities both at national and international levels.

Exuding a dynamic, effective, and influential leadership style in a wide array of strategic and business matters across several departments within the Katara Cultural village came as a result of her management, organizational and marketing initiatives. Such are the development and implementation of the cultural concepts to represent the Qatari culture and Katara’s mission internationally.

The extensive professional expertise in the organization of Katara cultural events, gave her way to become the primary liaison between Katara and the Diplomatic Corps in the State of Qatar.

Miss. Al Saad holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Qatar University and an Executive Specialized Masters from HEC Paris.
