The New Normal in the Archives, Museum, and Library Services

The COVID-19 pandemic forced libraries from broadly maintaining a full service or its complete closure. This led to uncertainties on how to deliver its services when everything goes back to its (new) normal situation. Given said uncertainties, it is possible that subsequently, stricter rules will have to be implemented, with priority for safety protocols. In this situation, libraries will have to prepare their personnel, services, collections and facilities to fit the new normal set-up.
